6.9The current structure of the House of Commons Service was established following a review of the Service's management and team structure undertaken by the Clerk of the House at the direction of the House of Commons Commission in 2020.1 The Commons Service consists of some seven principal teams, together with some other senior staff who report directly to the Clerk of the House. Their work is described briefly below.
