Arrangements between parties and undertakings given in committee (Standing Order 130)

46.32It is a condition of acceptance by any committee of:

  1. any arrangement between the promoters of a private bill and any other party appearing; or
  2. any undertaking given to the committee by or on behalf of the promoters or any such other party,

that any difference arising between the parties concerned shall, after the discharge of the committee, be determined by the Senior Deputy Speaker.1 There is no equivalent Commons procedure.
