Matters requiring a Money resolution and Crown recommendation

35.2This section describes the criteria which are applied to determine whether a particular legislative proposal requires to be authorised by a Money resolution recommended from the Crown, in accordance with Standing Order Nos 48 and 49. The criteria are applied to make that determination not only in relation to the provisions of a bill as presented to the House but also in relation to amendments proposed to the bill during its passage through the House and consideration of amendments proposed by the House of Lords.
