Earlier commencement or completion of proceedings

28.36It is regularly provided that nothing in the order, or in a resolution of the Business Committee or the Business Sub-Committee, shall prevent any proceedings to which the order or resolution applies from being entered upon or completed earlier than the order or resolution requires or prevent any business (whether on the bill or not) from being proceeded with on any day, after the proceedings under the order or resolution on that day have been already completed.
